At the Echelon Front Muster last week we went deep into the Laws of Combat, leadership lessons these guys learned on the battlefield and now have applied to business. Surprisingly to me, the principles that guide victorious military task units are the same principles that distinguish good digital transformation journeys in the business environment. The first law is – Cover and Move, the principle this company is named after. It is the most effective gunfight tactic, where one party will provide cover for the other’s movement. Characteristics:
